    1. He is such a sweet guy. April 10-11 he was here for an overnight with his two younger sisters, ages 5 and 2. The 5 year old slept through the night. But the 2 year old was a little sad not to have her Daddy at bedtime. When she woke at 1:00am, it was grandson who came and got me. She was really upset and wanted her Daddy, but for some reason I could not get them to answer the phone. And grandson was pretty sure the house would be locked by the inner door as well as the outer door I knew the code for.
So, when it became clear to me that I might not be able to get inside if I drove her home and that the little one would not fall back to sleep, but might wake the household here, I brought her downstairs where she laughed and played for 3 hours. I had to convince big brother to go back to sleep.
After 3 hours, though, she said she wanted to go snuggle with her big brother. We went back up and instead of just snuggling (they had the big bed) she woke him up! I was concerned he'd be grumpy (as anyone might be) from that, but he just reached over, put his arm around her and said sweet things. She was soon fast asleep. He's such a keeper! (He has his Daddy's heart of gold!)

    2. Tonight I told grandson that I showed the photo of Templeton T. Goat to some friends and one of them commented that Templeton is a unicorn. Turns out Templeton is NOT a unicorn! Instead, he has three horns!! One is long horn and two very short. He specifically asked me to let you know.

    4. Grandson really loves that goat. When he first started at Farm School a few years ago, Templeton was a baby goat...and Grandson has a real soft spot for babies of all kinds. Now Templeton is fully grown, and Grandson is rather proud of him. I'm proud of both of them.

    1. Can you be more specific? I'm lost or at least not seeing anything amiss.

    2. puddle, are you asking about the dates when the grands were here for an overnight? It was definitely April 10th-11th. My second dose of Pfizer was March 26th, so I was fully vaccinated as of April 9th and did not waste time getting the grands here! 😁

    1. I hadn't even thought of the changes all the Covid testing would make to the usual lab testing. I just assumed they'd create more labs. (With magically trained lab techs? Duh.)

    2. One thing that particularly frightens me is the decrease in measles vaccinations. Measles can be REAL bad, and it is tremendously infectious. In fact, if I remember correctly it is said to be the most infectious human disease.

  9. And now I had better get some work done. No gardening today because we had some rain yesterday and last night, but I have an opinion I have been putting off.
