50: Zinnias over the Path

The building this path leads to is closed.  For that reason, the flowers have leaned over into the path!  I've never seen it like this before, and probably never will again.

  1. Even cooler this morning than yesterday; there seems to be a mixture of fog (unusual at this time of year) and smoke, visibility less than a mile, maybe half a mile or so. Air quality "very unhealthy." Not a day for walking or gardening.

      It seems fewer people are dying of the virus in Ohio. This is a good thing.

  5. Currently 84F, 38% humidity, air quality "very unhealthy." The apparent fog we had this morning must all be gone, overcast thinned, visibility about one mile.

    An attorney acquaintance of mine lives in a small town a little ways up in the mountains SE of here; they are under standby orders to evacuate.

    1. Alleged AQI here = 226; for a day or two last week, as I recall, it got up into the 290 range.
