Q: What's wrong with this picture?

A:  Nothing.  There's something wrong with the pResident, who is clearly in the wrong country.

  1. Excellent copy! I couldn't make out several of the details in the versions I saw earlier.

    1. Looking again at the pResidential seal, I see that the artist could use some help with his Latin. But that's OK.

  3. Actually I think that altered presidential seal is perfect for the orange fool. I think that should be the only one he's allowed to use until he leaves office. A fake seal perfectly befitting a fake president.

BTW, I looked up “titere” in my Spanish dictionary, and the first definition is indeed “puppet;” but others are “fixed/set idea,” “ridiculous subject/guy,” “scatterbrained and foolish/ignorant/imprudent/stubborn/(Amer.)easily offended person.” I vote for the fourth definition in this case.

  5. Well folks, our nephew died this morning at 8:30am. 💔

Yesterday his siblings helped his 6 year old daughter make a clay mold imprint of his hand, that she can keep forever.
I love them for thinking of that.

  6. Current temperature at the nearest active station (should be a couple of degrees warmer than our street) is 108F, heat index 115F, 21% humidity. We picked peaches from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and I am exempted from pulling weeds this evening (we will be delivering a box of peaches to friends then).

And I may have discovered a safe and effective exercise to relieve the lower back pain that has been troubling me for nearly ten years; stay tuned.
