  1. We got a little rain and wind then sunshine. It was cloudy nearly the whole time the baby was in the hospital, but once she got home the sun came out. I love it.

  2. Big Sister is all about babies! When she held Baby Sister the first time and Baby began to fuss, Big Sister stayed entirely calm and coo'd "Don't worry; I'm here." And Baby stopped fussing...! 💕

  3. Yeah, I'm OK. Just don't have much to say.

  4. I had a nap; I'm OK. Glad to hear about your young ones' young ones. We exterminated a lot of weeds in the front yard this morning. Some gleanings from the Inner Tubes follow. --Alan

  7. I cut my evening constitutional short, one km instead of two, because of the air quality--whether it was the smoke from the fire up near Yosemite, the increased ozone it causes, or a combination of the two, breathing deep was irritating my lungs. It was just a little after sundown/moonrise, and the moon was distinctly orange because of the smoke. Temperature today got up to 102F.
