“Tension between the two comes as life in the White House is shadowed by the investigation. Not only do Mr. Trump, Mr. Kushner and Mr. McGahn all have lawyers, but so do other senior officials. The uncertainty has grown to the point that White House officials privately express fear that colleagues may be wearing a wire to surreptitiously record conversations for Mr. Mueller.” Read it all here[Click]

P.S.: I don't know what happened to my link to the Ryan Firebee, but it is easy to find--it is the granddaddy of today's military drones. Jet powered, originally a target drone intended to simulate high performance jet planes and missiles, it was adapted for surveillance and attack roles. Really quite remarkable.
People in North Korea have as many private automobiles as people in Los Angeles...
Sitting here with my mouth open. Er... There are probably several countries that have fewer private cars than Los Angeles, with North Korea heading that list. It wouldn't surprise me if North Korea had fewer private cars than Nantucket in the off season.
That is actually the insanity and terrible pity of it all. They can't feed their people but they have the bomb. If they would turn all that manpower to producing goods and services either for their own people or for export in return for hard currency or food stuffs... What am I saying? That would be logical. Missals and A bombs are ever so much better for the machismo than sowing machines and washing machines and farm equipment. :P
Bill, I agree with your comment on the last thread that Brand New Congress would be well served concentrating on districts where they could make a real difference rather than indiscriminately targeting incumbents just because they are incumbents.
Now the guy who's running for Ryan's seat is someone who needs all the support he can get, in a race that would make a tremendous difference. Don't remember, think it's Bold Progressives that is backing him. Bryce his name is. That's a vital race, and one that all the Left need to support strongly. But if groups like Brand New Congress waste time and resources fielding candidates where they are not needed, they're just going to fizzle out without being much use.
I think several groups are backing Randy Bryce, although I mostly get emails directly from his campaign. I know I'm going to be sending money his way, although I am still catching up on other things rather than seriously thinking about my political contributions.
Category 5 Maria is pounding Dominica at this hour. Satellite views show that only Roseau (the capitol) on Dominica has power. Puerto Rico is also likely to take a direct hit. Very sad!!
Left a couple of posts on the last thread.

Cat--that wonder weapons link you posted is, shall I say, SOMETHING.
ReplyDeleteAnd here is a link to the Firebee, which I had never heard of; I should have thought I would have. In addition to being SOMETHING, it is from my time.

Oh, sweet!
