I just spoke with my doc's wonderful nurse and she was super nice about it all and is going to call in the prescription and not even ask me to come in to be seen. Mah*Sweetie is dropping off my write-up of what happened enroute to work, meanwhile. It is such a relief to me to not get in trouble for doing what was needed. And I am still slowly improving!! In fact, my congestion and faded voice are more the issue than the shingles at the moment. Victory!
No. I got a bit or work done, got my bills entered into Quicken, and read about a chapter and a half of Charles Stross's The Jennifer Morgue. I think there's just one chapter left.
