I was on the run all day, and tried to post from work during my dinner break, but the darned thing wouldn't cooperate and dropped my post.
Had lunch today with Mah*Sweetie and Eldest, because on this day 38 years ago, I became a Mom! Actually, it was 38 years ago at this very minute (9:08pm). :-)
Finally got my office air conditioner installed. Was it really three years ago it was purchased? But we didn't want to put it in until we had the new windows that we got fall of 2011. Then things just didn't work out last year. But today one of Marc's friends came over and the two of them put it in. Going to be a few days before it is needed, though.
Irony is that one of the reasons for getting it was that my old computer did not handle heat at all well. But for roughly that three years that computer has been sitting in another room as a spare, while heat doesn't seem to bother the one I use now.

And another blessedly cool day. No A/C for more than 48 hours now. Yay! A few more days at least predicted. If nothing changes.
