    1. Looks can be deceiving, but they're getting there, I hope. It seems each day finds me inflicting medication and sometimes flea chemical on them, and they're so forgiving.

This morning I was trying to send a time critical message and they got into such a squealing tussle that I had to separate them with a door between, just so I could think to type. Then I was treated to a stereo chorus of plaintive appeals to be reunited! Silly bears.

  2. Vermonter makes the BBC News.
Don't know whether to sigh or giggle.
It seems humourous, but I suppose it's really not.

  3. The link address is correct, but somehow I can't get it to click to the address. You can cut and paste it and it should work fine.

    Or try this one:

  4. Gotta LOVE it, lol! At noon, the Dow Jones was up almost 250 points. And Mitt says: "Romney: July jobs report is a 'hammer blow' " And THIS guy thinks he can run this country? Howevah, wonderfully even-handed: Doesn't get the poor, doesn't get the middle class, and also doesn't get the Investment Class, lol!

    1. I guess Romney is a prime example of the truth of studies that find conservatives are less intelligent. He's Sarah Palin in a suit.

  5. Thought I'd mention there is now a report of another mountain lion in the Chicago area. Plenty of wildlife in teh metro area, looks like.

    1. I used an = sign after the href, then the URL, and then between the >< I used the URL again. I'd tried your way over at 3.0, and Shirlee pointed out that she just got sent back to the thread page. So I moused over, and sure enough, so I went back to my old way.

      <+a+href=XXXXXXXXXXX+> YYYYYYYYYY <+/a+>

XXXXXXXXXXX -- being where you want the link to open
YYYYYYYYYY -- being what you want to show up on the page
