DeleteAs far as I know, there is no neat mechanism to remove Pres. and Veep at the same time. Vance would have to be impeached in the House and convicted and removed by the Senate. Good luck with that, even if the Dems do manage to sweep the House and take back the Senate, which I personally find doubtful given the Dems' propensity to screw up royally and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. But granting for a moment that they do have the majority in both houses in January 2027, it still strikes me as highly unlikely they can get their act together to impeach much less convict and remove Vance. With a few notable exceptions but not enough to make a difference, they are a bunch of jellyfish. We can't count on them to do a damned thing.
