New Cards from the Card Campaign! Their message: Card Campaign has new cards. URGENT CALL TO ACTION! SAVE THE ACA SUBSIDIES.
On December 31, 2025, the Affordable Care Act subsidies will end. If these subsidies expire, about 5 million people will immediately lose their ACA coverage, and premiums for many more may increase by an average of 114%, potentially causing many individuals to stop their insurance.
In the second week of December, the Senate will vote on whether to extend the subsidies for up to three years. After that, the House will decide if Representatives will even have the chance to vote on the measure.
Card Campaign Asks For Your Help To Save the ACA Subsidies
We have created a postcard for you to send to your Senators and Representatives at their DC offices and your state or district offices, urging them to vote YES to extend the ACA subsidies. The postcard has space for you to add your personal message, including a story about how the ACA affects you, your family, or your friends. Personal stories are powerful.
We are also releasing a handout card to inform Americans about what’s at risk if the ACA subsidies expire and to encourage them to join us in urging Congress to act in the best interest of the people. We need to spread this message widely so more people understand that this isn’t just about the ACA, but about the wider ripple effects that impact all of us.
Download the free PDFs at click here and print the cards at home or at a print shop. Or click the homepage Print Button to order from Howling Print and Promo. The website also provides links to House and Senate addresses and Distribution Guides for using the cards.
Time Is Short, And We Must Act Now!
If the ACA subsidies are not renewed in the Senate, it’s unlikely we will get another chance to address the healthcare crisis facing all Americans before a new Congress is sworn in.
We, the people, have accomplished remarkable things since our resistance coalesced, and it is now growing into a very powerful movement.
We've shown them what we can do. Now, let's do it again.
Pentagon says it’s investigating Sen. Mark Kelly over video urging troops to defy ‘illegal orders’ AP: The Pentagon announced Monday it is investigating Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona over possible breaches of military law after the former Navy pilot joined a handful of other lawmakers in a video that called for troops to defy “illegal orders.”
The Pentagon’s statement, posted on social media, cited a federal law that allows retired service members to be recalled to active duty on orders of the defense secretary for possible court martial or other measures.
It is extraordinary for the Pentagon, which until President Donald Trump’s second term had usually gone out of its way to act and appear apolitical, to directly threaten a sitting member of Congress with investigation. It comes after Trump ramped up the rhetoric by accusing the lawmakers of sedition “punishable by DEATH” in a social media post days after the video was released last week.
In its statement Monday, the Pentagon suggested that Kelly’s statements in the video interfered with the “loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces” by citing the federal law that prohibits such actions. -- nordy
I posted here earlier and it's gone! Anyone else have this happen too? If you see this and it happened to you, send me an email if you can.

Of course, that's just the amount the CDC is allowed to reveal (based on what has or has not been reported), right?
