ReplyDeleteFarewell to November and not missed. November is my least favorite month. It includes the start of the Great Dark, which will last for months. Dusk at 4 p.m. The only nice thing about November is Thanksgiving. -- nordy
ReplyDeletecloudy and moderately foggy today. naomi tossed leftover turkey bones over the back fence this morning. when miyoko went out this afternoon to do a bit of gardening she saw one of the neighborhood cats, which ran away quickly as a dog-like animal came bounding up out of the old canal below the cliff---must have been a coyote, but we haven't heard any for a long time. yesterday miyoko saw a kit fox on our street.
