I took this photo from half way up the Statehouse lawn.  

The crowd was just as large behind me and off to the sides as well.

It wasn't until I posted this photo of Bernie at our rally that I realised 

the man beside him in the gray cap was Rep. Peter Welch!!  Ha!

Bernie did not speak at the rally, as it was a time to hear the young people, 

and politicians were asked not to speak today.  But!  At the end of the rally

the crowd chanted "Bernie! Bernie! Bernie!" 

so he walked up to the microphone and simply waved.

And it is surely to his credit.

Wil and I will be at the rally in Montpelier, Vermont

I've decided not to bring a sign.  Instead I'm bringing a camera.

Found a warm hat that fits me just in time for the snowy rally!

THIS is really something. It is poised atop the house that sits next to a church. The church was built many years ago. The house within the past decade. But it would seem the owner is not pleased to live beside the church.  The gargoyle is set facing the church!
