Well, I've had a day. I had two 1.5 hr one-to-one guidance meetings a half hour apart...which in itself is fine. But an hour into the first meeting I felt like I was going to sneeze. No way to do that discreetly, so I gently blew my nose instead. And! I suddenly had a nose bleed on one side!! I did what I could to cover the situation but it wouldn't stop and eventually the other person noticed. I kept calm, said "this can happen after surgery" without mentioning that it hadn't happened so far and I'm more than two months post surgery, so I have no idea what it means. I stepped aside and put paper towel up my nose and was able to finish the meeting okay. Then I used Afrin nasal pump mist to locally constrict the blood vessels ahead of my next meeting and it worked great. Sent a portal note to my ENT surgeon and the office wrote back immediately (they are awesome). If it happens again and doesn't stop in 40 minutes, like this time, I'm to go to the Emergency Dept. But they also said that there are seams from the surgery and sometimes they loosen a bit. So I'm probably okay, but I'll have the equipment on hand incase it happens again. I have my next ENT appt on the 20th. We leave tomorrow for an overnight in NH, to see Youngest and Fam, watch the Spashdown and go to DIL's gallery show opening. Wish me luck!
Hmmm. just had a second nosebleed (same spot). This isn't fun. I wonder if we're going to NH tomorrow at all. Sigh. Might have to visit the doc or the ER. Bleah.
Cheetolini is going to pay the price of his refusal to face reality. Netanyahu is leaving him bare naked and exposed to the world for the incompetent, ignorant, easily-led MORON he is. Worse, the world is looking at US as we leave that demented dozing blob in office. Susan
