  2. It is accomplished. I sent 265 photos to Shiloh's spouse tonight and feel so goof to have it completed. Plus, I pulled the photos into our photo frame that displays photos one at a time for about 10 seconds. It means so much to our grief process to keep seeing photos of Shiloh...to keep the reality of the deep good of his life present.

  3. And! Younger*Grandson (9) who lives in Maine (same house as Shiloh's family), has been much on our minds. Age 9 is a really hard age to lose a significant male role model. So what does he do? He blew us away!! Last evening he ran his first 5K and came in second of all people ages 0-14. Then today he played championship soccer for FIVE HOURS, scored 13 goals, and his team won the championship! Gee, sounds like he's gonna come through this, eh?

  5. A colleague of Shiloh's wrote this: "He was flying a mission to deploy cameras and audio recorders near the developing Willow oil and gas project when his helicopter went down. That mission was meant to evaluate how the soundscape changed from before, during and after development."
