“Heat can foster fun summer activities, but the body shouldn’t be too hot for too long, as too much heat can harm your brain and other organs, according to the US National Institutes of Health.” ~ from an article about keeping cool without A/C.
My Internet connection is slow today. But there's something else going on beyond the heat. My credit union mostly won't load, and when it does load it won't let me log in. It's a federal credit union, so I can't help wondering if there's more going on than run-of-the-mill technical problems. Is the Trump admin screwing with it? In any case, I can't try to log in again until tomorrow. Phooey!
BBC: US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities did not destroy the Iranian nuclear programme and have probably only set it back by months, according to an intelligence evaluation
Cat, my credit union posted a warning that trump is trying to tax credit unions. He is such a slimy dog (urged on by Stephen Miller) I would not put anything past him. ~Susan
